A world with no nail polish, where velcro is all the rage.

What if God made us without fingers and toes?
We'd probably use our mouths for a lot more things than we currently do. Life would be pretty different, as well as most technology. I wonder if we would have come up with the same kind of written communications....wax tablets, papyrus, paper....would we have invented pens and pencils? Would our alphabet have turned out differently? Would it have even changed our speech?
No toes...hmmm....I bet our balance would be a bit different...what else...aha! No fingernail or toenail polish! There goes one market item. We wouldn't ever stub our toe. Our shoes would look different...especially as we most likely wouldn't have laces. Velcro shoes would take over!! Hahaha...
We'd probably have come up with a lot of "accessories" to strap on to our arms in order to accomplish the intricate tasks which most people need their fingers for.
Music! Music would be much more difficult for the instruments which we have invented in this society. Maybe the instruments would be more of a large scale so the arm/palm could still apply pressure or move with precision.

Sometimes I think it's interesting to carry something out to an extreme...just to see where it goes. What if.
